The answer to your question will depend on several factors. For example if you move to Toronto the weather in general is worse than in Vancouver, but the Toronto job market is much better the job market in Vancouver. Right now Alberta is booming because of the oil, natural gas and other natural resource industries.

Another thing to consider is if you have friends and/or relatives in Canada. This might influence your decision too.

There are several factors you might want to consider before you settle for your final Canadian destination. I'll advise you to do a thorough research, because the distances between the big Canadian cities are vast and will be expensive and time consuming if you have to move to a different province once you settle.

Good luck!

Thank you Administrator!
I was thinking to land in Vancouver. I have friends there and they can help me during the first couple of months, to settle, to rent a place to live and so on. If I find a job in different province it won't be too difficult to move, i don't have any furniture or anything....

If you have friends there, then that should be your first choice. Are you coming alone to Canada?

Someone recommended Montreal to me but don't they only speak French there? I only know a few words but the gentleman that told me about it said they had some good schools there and I am looking for one that focuses on tech.
