Lightbulb experience vs ?

Are there any employers out there that value knowledge and experience versus education credentials and or age
Just 53 years in age ,being continuously employed by the same firm for well over 25 years in various positions ranging from warehouse work to vice president of operations running two separate divisions, wholesale welding supplies and virtually creating , at the time the new niche, of gas barbeque products. I gained valuable knowledge in many aspects regarding both a seasonal and year round business cycle. With a hands on approach I am confident in my abilities in sales, customer service, purchasing, cost control, cost analysis as well as systems control amongst others.

I look forward to any serious conversations to those I may help

regards
