Question IT Managerial Job

hi!
I have a PhD in Computers and 2 Masters (MBA and MSc). How difficult is to get a Managerial job in Canada (e.g. Project Manager), preferably Vancouver or Toronto area? I am a EU citizen and 38 years old. What are the average salaries in this area? Thanks

You can try the 2 major job banks in Canada - workopolis.com and monster.ca
If you get a job offer you can apply for a work permit. You can also apply for skilled immigration and when you are in Canada it will be much easier to get a job.
