Default How to "quit" after only 2 weeks of training?

I have started training for a job as a Fido customer service agent. However, I have a received a better offer elsewhere and want to quit Fido. How can I diplomatically tell Fido I will be leaving them, after only 2 weeks of training? I feel soooooo embarrassed because I will be letting Fido down, but I feel I must seize this opportunity of a lifetime.
What excuses should I use?

Can't you just tell them that you don't see yourself doing a good job at their company and the job just doesn’t appeal to you...
