Default Evaluating my skills

Hello there,

I'm Fodheil, 26 years, form Algeria, I study electronics at college, and expect having my engineer degree within 2 years, I speak Arabic and French and I do speak some English too, I drive quite good the computer, and do well with the internet search and use, I have some experience with programming (Web development and Soft development)

I'm planing to go live in Quebec, and I wonder wether my skills will be appreciated and quite good.
