Default Can I hold a US and Canadian PR the same time?

Hi there I want to apply for a Canadian Pr.
but if I already have a US PR. Will they allow me to do that? Am i allowed to have 2 PRs?

Or will they revoke one of mine?

I am in US for around a month and want to file for Canadian PR. Will it be a simplified application or a regular application? Rules say that "you must use the regular process if: You have been lawfully admitted into the United States for a period of at least one year and you are submitting your application at the Canadian visa office in Buffalo.
