Default A subcontracting concern

I am currently investigating the possibility of entering into a partnership with a company that does business across Canada under a few names. The primary name was pchs, then to Cross Country Installations and now iCheck Inc. I wonder if there any subcontractors with experience dealing with this/these outfits.

This is just based on personal experience and I know it's not generalizing, but I had some problem with a company (not that company though) who changed names every year so I tend to be wary of companies like them.. But hopefully, I'm wrong with this one, hope someone could verify if this company's worth the shot
