§ Energy/Utilities HR Data Warehouse experience; how it was built, how web reports function

§ Knowledge of Energy/Utilities HR\Pay data

§ PeopleSoft knowledge to extract historical HR\Pay data for reporting

§ OEB reporting knowledge to extract data from Clients legacy systems and SAP

§ SAS expertise

§ business knowledge

==SAP BI, some experience required
