Default Over-qualified for a position: need help reframing resume/cover letter

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum. What a great resource. I am a health care professional seeking employment. Though I have a Master's I have found several positions which I am interested in applying (as I need a job) for which I am over-qualified (or over-educated) for. I am confused as to how to reframe my resume to almost conceal my educational background. Has anyone had experience reframing a resume in this manner? Any feedback would be helpful.
Thank you.

Is your Master's from Canada?
You can tailor your resume to the specific job requirements but be careful what you are including and what you are concealing because if you are misrepresenting yourself - this is against the law.
