I would do some research on the salary rates for that job in your area. When they ask you, you can say well I know that the salaries for ____ are in this range and then outline your experiene and accomplishments to justify asking for more than the minimum for your area. That will also impress the employer that you are well researched. You may also want to discretly ask an HR person in the company what their salary range is like, so you can alos mention that and get a better idea of what is reasonable
