I am a graduate of Physical therapy but the only experience I have as a PT was during internship. How do I get a job?

You have to look for a job like everybody else. Try internet, job search web sites, contact recruitment agencies, word of mouth, job section in the paper, cold calling.... There are many ways to find a job. Be creative, try everything you can think of.
