Default any educational grants out there

I am a teacher at a rural high school. I need to get our students motivated. Does anybody know of any educational grants out there that could be used to at least partially fund an upgrade in our science equipment. Colleges are going to computer-based data collection equipment, and we are being left in the dark ages. I was wondering if anyone had any information about web sites, or co-operations that will donate money to schools to help with education funds.

Try to look for charity organizations online or contact your local school board.

Can I claim my Canadian student loan interest on my US taxes? I have Canadian (government) student loans (in Canadian dollars) which I am still paying back from my Canadian bank account whilst I live and work in the US. Can I claim my student loan interest on my US taxes?
