Hi ching.
The resume writing is not an easy thing to do if you want to do it well. you can check the Sample resume section too. It is on your right, just click the drop down menu for more resumes samples

Address is important and other contact details for them to contact you for interview or job offer. IMHO, This is one way showing of sincere on whatever position you applying coz your giving your personal details.
Its better to check a sample resumes on how to make a raw resume into professional resume.
