Default Vancouver - rated 3-rd in the world

You know what I read; Vancouver is rated the 3-rd best city in the world to live in! Isn't that great? Well Toronto is 15-th but still good I think The survey is based on employment, political stability, crime, quality of life and more...

Interesting why Toronto is 15-th and Vancouver in the top 3, maybe they consider climate. Which are the first 2 cities?

I've never been to Vancouver, but I hear it's quite nice there. I know that the real estate prices are highly inflated there though.

I hear it is raining a lot in Vancouver but it's warm all year round and of course you have the ocean and the mountains right under your nose ...

I've been to Vancouver 2 times and both times I liked it. People were laid back, which is what I like. I've lived in some places where the people were clearly overcaffeinated and there just wasn't enough Valium to go around (lol). They have some good restaurants and a really cool chinese market.
