Cool Hello

Hello I was checking out this site, I'd thought I would join up to perhaps get some advice or share some of my experiences. Okay, here is my first type of question....I've been out of the work force for almost 2 years due to a disability, I've got an interview tomorrow for a part time job, how would one approach the employer regarding a disability that is not visible?

Hi Jim,
Do you think your disability will be an obstacle to do your job? Will you need more time to finish a task for example?

Even not visible if your disability can affect your job you have to share that with the employer, I think. If not maybe there is no need to talk about it.
