Default foreigner looking for job, still in highschool
I'm in the last year of high school, in Romania. I'm planning to go to Canada at a university, but I want to take 1-2 years off first to work. I have a Cambridge certificate and I'm going to get an Oracle diploma and maybe a CISCO. Do I qualify for any kind of domain?
