Alot of people I know put on an "act" in a job interview.
They are afraid to be themself.
Personally, I think its best to be yourself. I tend to answer questions with what is on my mind, not what I think the employer wants to hear.
I have never had a problem getting a job this way, so I guess I am doing something right!
