Our client is an established Body Shop in Hamilton. They seek an experienced Body Shop Manager to guide the business into the future. Located in downtown Hamilton, this body shop has the unique benefit of being linked to 3 dealerships that send all repair work to this shop.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of Body Shop management experience (or management experience within the automotive service industry) and have demonstrated success in building sustainable relationships with insurance companies. A proven leader, coaching, communication and decision making skills are some of your strengths, while simultaneously focusing on business retention to achieve growth goals. Mentoring and communication skills will be of importance as you will be directly responsible for supervision of technicians. Your strengths and flair for the creation of marketing initiatives will help promote the shop to the community and ensure future growth.

This dealership offers competitive salary and benefit package and bonus based on operating profit. PBS and Audatex experience would be a definite asset.
