Tigertel/UTR is searching for individuals who strive to give every customer they come in contact with, the best customer service experience they have ever had!
We currently have a need for individuals, who have excellent communication skills; who are fluently bilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma
• Call centre or customer service experience
• Professional and courteous telephone manners
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday (Holidays & Weekends included)
