Default RE:Barley Smith International

hi, here again,

i tried calling the written info on site at london directory. I heard same voices in different locations written: abidjan and london. I inquired also regarding this matter from a source and this is their reply:

First of all, Cote d'Ivoire has an extremely high incidence of online scams,
just like Nigeria. Basically any email contact from Cote d'Ivoire and
Nigeria should be assumed to be a scam until you can prove otherwise, it's
really that bad.

Nothing about this offer makes sense. First of all, neither the UK nor
Canada hand out work visas that easily to unskilled foreign workers. In the
UK if you're a citizen of an EU country it's straightforward, but not really
from other countries.

It does not make sense to run a recruitment agency for the UK or Canada from
outside these countries, particularly from a francophone country in Africa
that is not even a Commonwealth member. "Barley Smith International Ltd" is
not a name you'd find in a francophone country, where limited companies are
marked "SA" or "SARL", not Ltd.

The "UK office" uses a +44 70 number, which in reality is a redirection
service that can forward calls to any phone worldwide. It's usually used in
scams where a scammer in Africa wants to pretend he's working for a UK
business. In the UK you don't generally find someone in business using the
title Reverend, this is typical for West African scams. A Yahoo Canada email
address for a UK office?

This is a total scam, nothing checks out.

Best regards

Joe Wein

hope this helps and confront an agency and ask help from poea about this matter.
