Wow, that would be difficult. Ive had tests before but i dont count that as an interview. My longest interview, ie sitting in front of someone answering questions, was just under an hour....

I find they look at it before they interview me...

I find they look at it before they interview me and have noted down a few things to ask me, but they rarely look at it while i am sitting there.
Makes you wonder why you go to so much effort...

Alot of people train themselves in IT etc, fields which really are over populated rather than choosing one of the below fields.

But I would NOT move until you have found a job. Most employers will understand your situation and might give you a month to move over to Canada and start work.
