Thanks for the tips. I would love to be aware of how much I can do but tasks are piling up my desk all day long. In the morning I think I knew how much work has to be done but sometimes the amount is enormous... Maybe not every company is like mine but it is impossible to plan like that.

One more tip. If you call in sick always call your doctor. Your employer may want to see a doctor's note. This is what happened to me.

I find that really shortsighted. Try again in a month saying that this course will improve your performance ... isn't it obvious? Maybe they don't have budget right now, did you ask them if you can take the courses later? :rolleyes:
