How to get a job from USA

Hello everybody.
I am a new member here:) and I will need a lot of help.:)
I have an ukrainian citizenship but I am in the USA now and have an american J-1 visa that will expire in December this year. It is a student exchange visa for 13 months ( Internship program). But I decided to immigrate to Canada afrer my program. I have a bachalor's degree in teaching and a hospitality experience( front desk agent, waitress)I really wanna grow up in this industry.Does anybody know a good recruitment agency in Alberta or Monitoba that can help to find a job in Hospitality business? I will really appreciate any help.

Thank you
