Technical Support

HI there how are you? I want a job in Technical support but I have no experience (other than my own computer) and no certificates or diplomas. Is it possible that some places will train you to become a technical support person?

There are lots of places you can get training. It all depends how much you are willing to pay for that. :) In which province do you live?

In Ontario. I was looking into it today and I am going to take some part time courses. To start with someone said I should take CompTia A+
